Terms and Conditions

             BOOKINGS: Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of £75 (subject to availability). The balance is payable in full 30 calendar days prior to the date of hire.

    PAYMENTS: Payments accepted by cash or cheque only.

SUBSTITUTIONS: If due to unforeseen circumstances the car of your choice is not available we reserve the right to substitute an alternative vehicle.

CANCELLATIONS: A non-refundable deposit is required on booking . If the booking is cancelled within 90 days of hire then 50% of the full booking fee will be due.

FORCE MAJEUR: No liability will be accepted for any losses or breach of contract due to something beyond our control including ( but not limited to ) Acts of God , Fire, Lighting, Severe weather, Flood, Emergency, Explosion, War, Military operations, Civil disorder, Terrorism, Vandalism, Industrial dispute.
